Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Coconut Cream
  • 1/2 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz Light Rum
  • Pineapple slice and maraschino cherry for garnish
  • Crushed ice

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the pineapple juice, coconut cream, lime juice, simple syrup, and light rum.
  • Add a cup of crushed ice and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a chilled highball glass.
  • Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum and add a bit more pineapple juice and coconut cream. This cocktail can be easily scaled up to serve a crowd, making it perfect for parties and gatherings.
