Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Pisco
  • 1 oz Algarrobina syrup
  • 1 oz Evaporated milk
  • 1/2 oz Simple syrup
  • 1 Egg
  • Ice cubes
  • Ground cinnamon for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the Pisco, algarrobina syrup, evaporated milk, simple syrup, and the whole egg.
  • Add a handful of ice cubes to the shaker.
  • Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds or until the mixture is well chilled and frothy.
  • Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass.
  • Garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon on top.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

The egg in the Algarrobina Cocktail adds a rich texture and should be fresh to minimize the risk of foodborne illness. Some variations of this cocktail also include a shot of strong coffee for an added kick.
