Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz sake
  • 1/2 oz pear liqueur
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1 oz fresh Asian pear juice
  • Thin slice of Asian pear for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Chill a martini glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water and setting it aside.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  • Add the vodka, sake, pear liqueur, simple syrup, and fresh Asian pear juice to the shaker.
  • Shake well until the outside of the shaker feels cold, about 15 seconds.
  • Discard the ice water from the martini glass if using, or take the glass out of the freezer.
  • Strain the cocktail into the chilled martini glass.
  • Garnish with a thin slice of Asian pear on the rim of the glass.
