Instructions
In a sturdy glass, add the fresh mint leaves and lime wedges. Sprinkle the sugar on top. Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently press down on the mint and lime to release their juices and oils. Be careful not to shred the mint leaves too much.
Fill the glass with crushed or cubed ice, packing it down slightly.
Slowly pour the light beer over the ice, allowing it to mix gently with the muddled ingredients.
Add the soda water to the glass, giving a little stir to combine all ingredients without losing carbonation.
Top with a sprig of mint for garnish and serve immediately with a straw or a stirring stick.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar, and you can experiment with different types of beer to find your preferred flavor profile. Enjoy responsibly!
