Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle Berliner Kindl Weisse 330 ml / 11.2 oz
  • 2 tbsp Raspberry or Woodruff syrup 30 ml / 1 oz

Instructions
 

  • Pour the raspberry or woodruff syrup into the bottom of a chilled, large goblet or beer glass.
  • Slowly pour the Berliner Kindl Weisse over the back of a spoon to layer it gently on top of the syrup without mixing too much.
  • Serve immediately without stirring to enjoy the layered effect. The drink will gently mix as you sip it.

Notes
