Ingredients

  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth

Instructions
 

  • Add the gin, Campari, sweet vermouth, and Angostura bitters to a mixing glass filled with ice cubes.
  • Stir the mixture well for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a twist of orange peel, expressing the oils over the drink and dropping it in.

Notes

The Bitter Negroni can be adjusted according to taste. For a less bitter version, reduce the amount of bitters or Campari. For a more intense drink, consider using a higher proof gin or adding more bitters. Always use fresh ice to avoid dilution from pre-melted cubes.
