Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Brandy
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 oz Grenadine
  • Splash of Soda Water
  • Crushed Ice
  • Lemon Peel for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Fill a shaker with crushed ice.
  • Add the brandy, lemon juice, and grenadine to the shaker.
  • Shake vigorously until well chilled.
  • Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
  • Top with a splash of soda water.

Notes

The Brandy Daisy can also be made with a bar spoon of superfine sugar instead of grenadine for a less fruity, more traditional taste. Adjust the lemon juice to taste for more or less tartness. Always use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor.
