A tropical twist on the classic Bellini, this Brazilian Bellini combines the sweetness of peach with the exotic taste of cachaça and the sparkle of prosecco, topped with a splash of mango juice for an extra fruity touch.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Peach Puree
  • 1 oz Cachaça
  • 2 oz Prosecco
  • 1 oz Mango Juice
  • Peach slice for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Chill a champagne flute in the freezer for about 15 minutes before preparation.
  • Pour the peach puree and cachaça into the chilled champagne flute.
  • Top with prosecco, filling the glass.
  • Finish with a splash of mango juice.
  • Gently stir to combine.
  • If desired, garnish with a slice of peach on the rim of the glass.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, substitute the cachaça and prosecco with sparkling grape juice or non-alcoholic sparkling wine.
