Brazilian Old Fashioned

Notes

For a more authentic Brazilian experience, use a premium aged cachaça. The demerara syrup can be made by dissolving demerara sugar in an equal part of hot water and allowing it to cool before use. Adjust the sweetness to taste if necessary.
