Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 oz Bourbon
  • 1 oz Fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz Honey syrup (equal parts honey and water)
  • Grapefruit twist for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the bourbon, grapefruit juice, and honey syrup.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
  • Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  • Garnish with a twist of grapefruit peel.

Notes

To make honey syrup, combine equal parts of honey and warm water and stir until the honey is dissolved. Cool before using in the cocktail. Adjust the sweetness to your liking by varying the amount of honey syrup.
