Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Cachaça
  • 1 Lime cut into wedges
  • 1-2 tsp Sugar to taste
  • Crushed Ice

Instructions
 

  • Place the lime wedges in a sturdy glass.
  • Add the sugar over the lime and use a muddler to gently press the limes, releasing their juice while mixing with the sugar. Be careful not to over-muddle; you want to extract the juice without pulverizing the fruit.
  • Fill the glass with crushed ice, packing it down slightly.
  • Pour the cachaça over the ice.
  • Stir well to combine the lime, sugar, and cachaça.
  • Adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more sugar.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge if desired.

Notes

For a fruitier version, consider adding fresh fruit like strawberries or passion fruit during the muddling step. Adjust the sugar based on the sweetness of the fruit used. Enjoy responsibly!
