  • 1 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz Fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz Fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 oz Agave syrup optional, adjust to taste
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Soda water to top
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime wedge for garnish
  • Grapefruit slice for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Start by filling a clay mug or a large glass with ice cubes to chill it.
  • In a shaker, combine the fresh lime juice, grapefruit juice, and orange juice. If desired, add the agave syrup for sweetness.
  • Pour in the tequila and a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.
  • Secure the shaker lid and shake gently to mix the ingredients well.
  • Pour the mixture over the ice-filled glass, ensuring to leave some space at the top.
  • Gently top off the drink with soda water to add a refreshing fizz.
  • Garnish with a lime wedge and a slice of grapefruit on the rim of the glass.
  • Enjoy your Cantarito immediately while it's cold and refreshing.
