Instructions
Start by selecting a tall glass or a hurricane glass. Fill it with ice cubes to chill while preparing the cocktail.
In a cocktail shaker, combine the light rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, orange juice, fresh lime juice, and grenadine.
Add ice to the shaker and secure the lid. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.
Remove the ice from the glass. Strain the cocktail mixture into the chilled glass over fresh ice.
Add a slice of fresh pineapple and a maraschino cherry on top for a tropical touch.
