Notes

Traditionally, a Champagne Cocktail is made with Angostura bitters and a true Champagne from the Champagne region of France. However, any good-quality sparkling wine can be used in place of Champagne if desired. The cocktail is often garnished with a lemon twist to add a zesty aroma, complementing the complex flavors of the drink.
