Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Pisco
  • 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 4-6 oz Ginger ale
  • 1-2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Lime wheel for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour the Pisco and fresh lime juice over the ice.
  • Top with ginger ale to your liking.
  • Add the dashes of Angostura bitters.
  • Gently stir the mixture to combine.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim of the glass.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

The Chilcano can be adjusted according to personal taste; more or less ginger ale can be used to achieve the desired level of sweetness and effervescence. For a truly authentic experience, use Peruvian Pisco.
