A tropical twist on the classic daiquiri, the Coconut Sake Daiquiri combines the smoothness of sake with the creamy essence of coconut. Perfect for summer sipping or any time you're dreaming of a beach getaway.
Chill your cocktail glass by filling it with ice water while you prepare the drink.
In a cocktail shaker, add the Coconut Sake, White Rum, Fresh Lime Juice, and Coconut Cream.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes, about halfway full.
Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well mixed and chilled.
Discard the ice water from your cocktail glass. Using a fine mesh strainer, pour the mixture into the chilled glass.
Add a lime wheel on the rim of the glass for garnish.
Notes
For a sweeter version, you can add a dash of simple syrup or adjust the amount of Coconut Cream to taste. If you prefer a frozen version, blend the ingredients with ice until smooth.
