Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz sake
  • 1 oz cucumber juice
  • 1/2 oz lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 4-5 mint leaves
  • Ice cubes
  • Cucumber slice for garnish
  • Mint sprig for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Muddle the mint leaves gently in the bottom of a mixing glass.
  • Add the sake, cucumber juice, lime juice, and simple syrup to the glass.
  • Fill the glass with ice and shake well until chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish with a slice of cucumber and a sprig of mint.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, substitute the sake with sparkling water or non-alcoholic sparkling sake. Adjust sweetness to taste.
