Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz lager or pale ale
  • 1 oz olive brine
  • 1 oz vodka optional for an extra kick
  • 1-2 green olives for garnish
  • ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

  • Chill your glass by filling it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail.
  • In a mixing glass, pour the olive brine and vodka (if using).
  • Slowly pour the chilled lager or pale ale into the mixing glass with the olive brine, being careful to preserve the carbonation.
  • Using a long spoon, gently stir the mixture to combine the ingredients without losing too much fizz.
  • Discard the ice water from your glass and strain or pour the mixture into the glass filled with fresh ice cubes, if desired.
  • Add one or two green olives on a cocktail pick as a garnish.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your Dirty Beer!

Notes

Feel free to experiment with different types of beer and olive brine to find the flavor combination that suits your palate best. This cocktail can also be served without vodka for a lighter version.
