  • 1 oz Cucumber juice (freshly squeezed)

  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare cucumber juice by juicing fresh cucumber to yield 1 oz of cucumber juice. You can do this using a juicer or by blending cucumber and straining the pulp through a fine mesh sieve.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and cucumber juice.
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes to chill the mixture.
  • Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass or coupe glass.
  • Garnish with a few slices of cucumber and a sprig of fresh mint for an aromatic touch.

Notes

For an extra touch of sweetness, you can add a dash of simple syrup if desired. Adjust the lemon juice to taste based on your preference for tartness. This cocktail is best served immediately for optimal freshness.
