Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 oz Gin
  • 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 1 or 2 pickled onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Fill a mixing glass with ice.
  • Pour the gin and dry vermouth over the ice.
  • Stir the mixture for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
  • Garnish with one or two pickled onions on a cocktail skewer.

Notes

The ratio of gin to vermouth can be adjusted according to personal preference. Some prefer a drier Gibson with less vermouth, while others may enjoy a more balanced version with equal parts gin and vermouth.
