Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Bourbon 60 ml
  • 1 oz Fresh apple cider 30 ml
  • 1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice 15 ml
  • 1/2 oz Maple syrup 15 ml
  • 1 Egg white optional for frothiness
  • Ice cubes
  • Apple slice for garnish
  • Cinnamon stick for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the bourbon, apple cider, lemon juice, maple syrup, and egg white (if using).
  • Seal the shaker and dry shake (without ice) vigorously for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
  • Add a handful of ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled, usually about 30 seconds.
  • Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish with an apple slice and a cinnamon stick.

Notes

The egg white is optional but adds a silky texture and frothy top layer to the cocktail. If preferred, a vegan alternative such as aquafaba can be used. Always use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
