Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 oz Aged Rum
  • 1 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz Apricot Brandy
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • Pineapple wedge or lime wheel, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add the aged rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, apricot brandy, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  • Shake vigorously until well chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge or lime wheel.

Notes

The Hotel Nacional can be served on the rocks in a highball glass if preferred. Adjust the simple syrup to your taste, depending on the sweetness of your pineapple juice and apricot brandy.
