Ipanema

The Ipanema is a refreshing non-alcoholic cocktail that's perfect for a sunny day. Named after the famous beach in Rio de Janeiro, it's a tropical mix that offers a taste of Brazil without the kick of cachaça, making it an ideal choice for those who prefer a virgin cocktail.

  • Pour the ginger beer over the ice.
  • Stir the mixture gently to combine the flavors.
  • Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wheel on the rim of the glass.

Notes

For a sweeter Ipanema, adjust the amount of Demerara sugar to taste. If ginger beer is too strong, you can substitute it with ginger ale for a milder flavor.
