freshly squeezed lime juice
2

oz

1
fresh passion fruit (for garnish)
Instructions
Gather all your ingredients. If using fresh passion fruit, cut it in half and scoop out the pulp.
In a cocktail shaker, combine the cachaça, lime juice, passion fruit juice (or pulp), and simple syrup.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes, covering the liquid.
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass or a coupe glass. If you prefer a smoother texture, you can double strain to remove any pulp.
Garnish with a half of a fresh passion fruit on top for an added touch.
Notes
For a twist, consider adding a splash of soda water for a fizzy version, or experiment with flavored cachaças for additional depth.
