Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Gin or Vodka
  • 1 oz Sweet Marsala Wine
  • 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 dash Orange Bitters
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon twist or olive for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Chill a martini glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin (or vodka), sweet Marsala wine, sweet vermouth, and a dash of orange bitters.
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
  • Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds or stir gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
  • Empty the ice water from your chilled martini glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
  • Garnish with a lemon twist or an olive.

Notes

For a sweeter version, you can increase the amount of Marsala wine. Experiment with different types of gin or vodka to find your preferred flavor profile. Always serve chilled for the best experience.
