Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Tequila 59 ml
  • 1 oz Orange Liqueur e.g., Cointreau, 30 ml
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice 30 ml
  • 1/2 oz Olive Juice 15 ml
  • 1/2 oz Agave Nectar optional for sweetness, 15 ml
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime wheel or olive for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  • Pour the tequila, orange liqueur, fresh lime juice, olive juice, and agave nectar (if using) into the shaker.
  • Shake well until the mixture is chilled, about 15-20 seconds.
  • Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel or olive, according to preference.

Notes

The Mexican Martini can be adjusted to personal taste. For a less sweet version, reduce or omit the agave nectar. To make it more savory, increase the olive juice slightly. Always use fresh lime juice for the best flavor.
