Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Mezcal
  • 4 oz Tomato juice
  • 0.5 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 dashes Hot sauce (to taste)
  • 1 dash Celery salt
  • 1 dash Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Horseradish (optional)
  • Lime wedge (for garnish)
  • Celery stalk (for garnish)
  • Pickled vegetables (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • In a shaker, combine the mezcal, tomato juice, fresh lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt, black pepper, and horseradish (if using).
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake gently to mix the ingredients without diluting them too much.
  • Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish with a lime wedge, a celery stalk, and any additional pickled vegetables if desired.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the spice level by varying the amount of hot sauce or adding more horseradish. The Mezcal Mary can also be customized with various garnishes, such as olives, cherry tomatoes, or even bacon for a unique twist.
