Notes

The Painkiller was created in the 1970s at the Soggy Dollar Bar in the British Virgin Islands. The drink is trademarked by Pusser's Rum Ltd, and they recommend using Pusser's Rum for an authentic taste. Adjust sweetness and strength according to your preference by modifying the amount of rum or coconut cream.
