Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 oz Grenadine
  • 1/4 oz Crème de Cassis
  • 1/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse
  • 1/4 oz Green Chartreuse

Instructions
 

  • Pour the Grenadine into a Pousse Cafe glass.
  • Very gently layer the Crème de Cassis over the Grenadine by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
  • Repeat the process with the Yellow Chartreuse, layering it over the Crème de Cassis.
  • Finally, layer the Green Chartreuse on top using the same technique.
  • Serve immediately to preserve the layered effect.
