  • Collins glass
  • Ice scoop

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Pisco
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • Club soda to top
  • Lemon wheel for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Fill a Collins glass with ice cubes to chill.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the Pisco, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into the prepared Collins glass filled with ice.
  • Add club soda to the top of the glass to your desired level.
  • Garnish with a lemon wheel on the rim of the glass.

Notes

For a sweeter variation, adjust the simple syrup to taste. This cocktail can also be garnished with a sprig of mint for an added aromatic element.
