Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Pisco 60 ml
  • 1 oz Fresh lime juice 30 ml
  • 2 tsp Granulated sugar 10 ml or 8.4 g
  • 6-8 Fresh mint leaves
  • Club soda to top up
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint sprig for garnish
  • Lime wheel for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a highball glass, gently muddle the mint leaves with the sugar and lime juice to release the mint's essential oils.
  • Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour the pisco over the ice.
  • Top up with club soda and stir well.
  • Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wheel.

Notes

Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more or less sugar. For a stronger mint flavor, slap the mint sprig between your hands before garnishing to release more aromatic oils.
