Seal the shaker and perform a dry shake (without ice) for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg.
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for another 15-20 seconds to chill the mixture.
Discard the ice water from the chilled glass. Strain the mixture into the glass using a fine mesh strainer to ensure a smooth texture.
