Ingredients

vodka

freshly squeezed lemon juice

raspberry puree

Instructions
If desired, rim a chilled martini glass with sugar. To do this, rub a lemon wedge around the rim and then dip it into a plate of sugar to coat.
If using fresh or frozen raspberries, blend them until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds, if preferred.
In a cocktail shaker, add the vodka, freshly squeezed lemon juice, simple syrup, and raspberry puree.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Double strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass to ensure a smooth texture.
Add a few fresh raspberries and a twist of lemon peel on top for garnish.
Notes
For a sweeter cocktail, adjust the amount of simple syrup to taste. Enjoy responsibly!
