Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz dark rum
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz grenadine
  • 1/2 oz orange liqueur such as triple sec or CuraƧao
  • Club soda to top up
  • Garnish lemon slice and a cherry

Instructions
 

  • Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
  • Add the dark rum, lemon juice, grenadine, and orange liqueur to the shaker.
  • Shake well until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
  • Strain the mixture into a large cocktail glass filled with crushed ice.
  • Top up with club soda.
  • Garnish with a slice of lemon and a cherry.
