Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Dark Rum
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg fresh
  • 1/2 oz Heavy Cream
  • Freshly grated nutmeg for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the dark rum, simple syrup, egg, and heavy cream.
  • Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg and cream.
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
  • Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg on top.
