Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz sake
  • 4 oz tomato juice
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 dashes hot sauce or to taste
  • 1 pinch celery salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • Celery stalk and lemon wedge, for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour the sake over the ice, followed by the tomato juice and lemon juice.
  • Add Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt, and black pepper.
  • Stir the mixture gently until all the ingredients are well combined.
  • Garnish with a celery stalk and a lemon wedge on the rim of the glass.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust the amount of hot sauce to your preferred spice level.
Sake can be replaced with vodka for a more traditional Bloody Mary, if desired.
