- 2 oz sake
- 4 oz tomato juice
- 1/2 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 2 dashes hot sauce or to taste
- 1 pinch celery salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- Celery stalk and lemon wedge, for garnish
- Ice cubes
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
Pour the sake over the ice, followed by the tomato juice and lemon juice.
Add Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt, and black pepper.
Stir the mixture gently until all the ingredients are well combined.
Garnish with a celery stalk and a lemon wedge on the rim of the glass.
Serve immediately.
Adjust the amount of hot sauce to your preferred spice level.
Sake can be replaced with vodka for a more traditional Bloody Mary, if desired.
