Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz Sake Junmai or Daiginjo recommended
  • 2 oz Sparkling Wine Prosecco or any dry sparkling wine
  • 1 oz Soda Water
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime wheel or cucumber slice for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Fill a large wine glass or spritz glass with ice cubes to chill the glass.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the sake, fresh lime juice, and soda water. Gently stir to mix the ingredients without losing carbonation.
  • Pour the mixture over the ice-filled glass, then gently top with the sparkling wine.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel or a slice of cucumber for a refreshing touch. Serve immediately and enjoy the effervescence.

Notes

For a flavored variation, consider infusing the sake with fruits or herbs before mixing. Adjust the lime juice to taste for more or less acidity.
