Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz Fino or Manzanilla Sherry
  • 3 oz Soda Water
  • Ice Cubes
  • Lemon Twist or a slice of lemon (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Fill a highball glass with ice cubes to chill.
  • Pour 3 oz (90 ml) of Fino or Manzanilla Sherry over the ice.
  • Top up with 3 oz (90 ml) of soda water.
  • Gently stir to combine the sherry and soda water.
  • Garnish with a lemon twist or a slice of lemon for added aroma and flavor.

Notes

For a sweeter variation, you can use a sweeter style of sherry, such as Amontillado or Oloroso. This cocktail is best served chilled and can be enjoyed at any time of the day.
