Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle sake, chilled 750 ml
  • 1 bottle sparkling wine, chilled 750 ml
  • 1/2 cup simple syrup
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup club soda, chilled
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices, for garnish
  • Orange slices, for garnish
  • Mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large punch bowl, combine the sake, sparkling wine, simple syrup, lemon juice, and orange juice.
  • Stir gently to mix the ingredients together without losing too much carbonation from the sparkling wine.
  • Just before serving, add the club soda to the bowl and stir gently to combine.
  • Fill punch glasses with ice cubes and ladle the punch over the ice.
  • Garnish each glass with a slice of lemon, a slice of orange, and a sprig of mint.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, replace the sake and sparkling wine with non-alcoholic sparkling grape juice and use additional club soda. Adjust the simple syrup to taste.
