Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) Sparkling Shiraz approximately 25.4 oz
  • 1 cup orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 cup soda water or lemon-lime soda
  • 1/2 cup brandy optional
  • 1/4 cup sugar optional, adjust to taste

Fresh fruits for garnish

  • 1 orange sliced
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients and fresh fruits. Slice the orange and lemon, and wash the mixed berries.
  • In a large punch bowl or pitcher, combine the orange juice, cranberry juice, and brandy (if using). Stir well to mix.
  • If you prefer a sweeter punch, add the sugar to the juice mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
  • Slowly pour in the Sparkling Shiraz to the juice mixture, being careful to maintain the bubbles.
  • Gently add the soda water or lemon-lime soda to the mixture to add a refreshing fizz.
  • Add the sliced fruits and mixed berries to the punch for added flavor and visual appeal.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes and ladle the punch over the ice. Garnish with additional fruit slices if desired.

Notes

Feel free to customize the fruits based on seasonal availability or personal preference. This punch can be made in advance; however, add the sparkling Shiraz and soda just before serving to keep the fizz intact.
