  • 3 oz Clamato juice
  • 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 dashes Hot sauce (to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp Celery salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime wedge (for garnish)
  • Celery stalk (for garnish)
  • Pickled vegetables or olives (optional garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Start by rimming a tall glass with lime juice and then dip it into a plate of celery salt to coat the rim.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, Clamato juice, fresh lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt, and a few dashes of black pepper.
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes, cover, and shake gently to mix the ingredients without over-diluting.
  • Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
  • Garnish with a lime wedge, a celery stalk, and any additional pickled vegetables or olives if desired.
