Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Tequila preferably blanco or reposado
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1 whole Egg
  • Freshly grated Nutmeg for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, simple syrup, and the whole egg.
  • Dry shake (without ice) the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg.
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
  • Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg on top.
