  • 2 oz Gin
  • 2 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • 4 oz Tonic Water
  • Ice Cubes
  • Grapefruit Slice (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Start by chilling your glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail.
  • In a cocktail shaker, add the gin and fresh grapefruit juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake gently for about 10-15 seconds to combine the flavors.
  • Discard the ice water from your glass and strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass filled with fresh ice cubes.
  • Slowly pour the tonic water over the mixture in the glass. This will help preserve the fizz.
  • Add a slice of grapefruit on the rim of the glass for garnish.
  • Enjoy your Bulldog cocktail immediately!

Notes

For a sweeter variation, you can add a splash of simple syrup. Experiment with different gins to find your preferred flavor profile.
