  • 4 oz Dark Rum
  • 3 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 3 oz Orange Juice
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Grenadine
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Instructions
 

  • Choose a large punch bowl or a pitcher for serving. If using individual glasses, prepare them with crushed ice.
  • In the punch bowl or pitcher, combine the light rum, dark rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, fresh lime juice, and grenadine. Stir gently to blend the flavors.
  • Add two dashes of Angostura bitters to the mixture. This adds depth and complexity to the punch.
  • Pour the punch over the crushed ice in each glass or serve directly from the punch bowl.
  • Add slices of fresh fruit (oranges, limes, and cherries) to each glass or float them in the punch bowl for a decorative touch.

Notes

Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of grenadine to taste. For a non-alcoholic version, substitute the rums with coconut water and increase the fruit juices.
