Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • Club Soda to top
  • Ice Cubes
  • Lemon Wheel for garnish
  • Maraschino Cherry for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
  • Add the gin, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  • Shake well until the mixture is chilled (about 15 seconds).
  • Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice cubes.
  • Top off with club soda and stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish with a lemon wheel and a maraschino cherry.

Notes

For a sweeter taste, adjust the amount of simple syrup to your preference. You can use homemade simple syrup by dissolving equal parts sugar and water over heat and letting it cool.
