In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour in 2 oz of dry vermouth and 1 oz of crème de cassis.

Empty the ice water from the chilled cocktail glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
Slowly add 1 oz of soda water to the glass to top off the drink.

Notes
