Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 1 oz Crème de Cassis
  • 1 oz Soda Water
  • Lemon twist or blackcurrants for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water while you prepare the drink.
  • In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour in 2 oz of dry vermouth and 1 oz of crème de cassis.
  • Gently stir the mixture for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
  • Empty the ice water from the chilled cocktail glass and strain the mixture into the glass.
  • Slowly add 1 oz of soda water to the glass to top off the drink.
  • Finish by adding a lemon twist or a few blackcurrants as garnish.

Notes

For a sweeter variation, you can adjust the amount of crème de cassis to taste. This cocktail can also be served over ice in a rocks glass for a more casual presentation.
