  • Blend until smooth, making sure the mixture is thoroughly combined and frothy.
  • Pour into a chilled wine goblet or coupe glass.

Notes

The egg white is optional but adds a nice frothiness to the cocktail. Always use fresh ice cream for the best flavor and texture. If desired, garnish with a small sprig of mint or a dusting of nutmeg.
