Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 oz gin
  • 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 2 oz Prosecco
  • Grapefruit twist, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Chill a flute or coupe glass.
  • In a shaker filled with ice, combine the gin, grapefruit juice, and elderflower liqueur.
  • Shake well until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
  • Strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
  • Top with Prosecco.
  • Garnish with a twist of grapefruit.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For a non-alcoholic version, substitute the gin and Prosecco with non-alcoholic alternatives and adjust the sweetness as needed.
