Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Dark Rum 60 ml
  • 1 oz Coffee Liqueur 30 ml
  • 1 oz Freshly Brewed Espresso 30 ml
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup 15 ml
  • Ice cubes
  • 3 Coffee beans for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  • Add the dark rum, coffee liqueur, freshly brewed espresso, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  • Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds or until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
  • Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
  • Garnish with three coffee beans on the surface of the drink.

Notes

For the best flavor, use freshly brewed espresso and high-quality dark rum. Adjust the simple syrup to taste if you prefer a sweeter or less sweet cocktail. The traditional espresso martini uses vodka, but this rum-based version offers a delightful variation for rum enthusiasts.
