Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 0.5 oz Raspberry Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 oz Egg White
  • Ice Cubes
  • Fresh Raspberries for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add the vodka, raspberry syrup, lemon juice, and egg white into a cocktail shaker without ice and shake vigorously (dry shake) for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake again until well-chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass through a fine mesh strainer to create a smooth, frothy top.
  • Garnish with fresh raspberries if desired.

Notes

If you are concerned about using raw egg white, you can substitute it with pasteurized egg white or an egg white alternative such as aquafaba for a similar effect. Always use fresh lemon juice for the best flavor, and adjust the sweetness by altering the amount of raspberry syrup if necessary.
